In an owned or rental car or bus is the best way.

Cost of breakfast, meals and dinners.
Breakfast: $110 pesos (plus 15% of service).
Meals: $187 pesos (plus 15% of service).
Dinners: $187 pesos (plus 15% of service).

Is it possible to realize Check In earlier? Does it have extra charge?
Yes, it depends on the availability, without extra charge.

There are cradles?
Yes, by previous reservation.

In Cancun or Merida Airport are many companies who rent cars.

The hotel counts with private transportation? This we know these do not apply but if it is possible to give them information of companies who offer these services?
No, we only count with cab service and transportation companies with previous reservation.

Approximate price of the revenue of cars:
About $35 USD, depends of the car model.

Price of the bus from Cancun to Coba and from Chichen Itza to Merida:
Cancún -Chichen itza $162 pesos 1st class. 2nd class $108 pesos
Chichen itza-Mérida 1st class $98 pesos. 2nd class $59 pesos.

About the arqueological zone

Cost of the entry to the archaeological zones, of minors and adults?
$98 pesos per person, it includes visit to the arqueological site and at night the  light and sound show.
Less than 12 years old enter for free.

Schedule of light and sound show in the archaeological zone where it is realized?
Principal Castle show from 20:00 hours.

How does guide contract for a tour in the archaeological zone?
We can guide directly at the reception.
The cost of the guide in Spanish is of $500 pesos. In german, Italian, French or Japanese is of $600 pesos.
