The Villa counts with a parking lot?
Yes, we count with a private parking lot for 30 cars, besides we have the facilities to receive motor homes depending on the availability.

There is wireless Internet?
Yes, we count with high speed wireless internet connection in the restaurant, pool, library and garden areas.

Has some cost the wireless Internet?
No, we have an open signal, and also we have available a PC for rent.

Cost of national and international calls.
Local and national: $12 pesos per minute.
E.U. and Canada: $36 pesos per minute.
Europe: $60 pesos per minute.
Cell phones: depends of the cell phone company.

Which is the best way of transport to come to the Villa?
Since the public transport is scanty definitively we recommend rent a car, this way the guest could cross the Puc route without problems.

Cost of breakfast, meals and dinners.
The cost of our menu is very accessible, the costs depends on of the preferences of the guest, in general, the guests of the neighbor hotels come to eat with us.

Is it possible to have an Check In earlier? Does it have extra charge?
Yes, but it depends of the availability and doesn’t have an extra charge.

There are cradles?
Yes, we count with cradles for the rooms.

Extra bed has extra charge?
They do not apply extra charge in the family units and junior suite; nevertheless, for the dimensions of the rooms, we are limited for the beds extras.

Activities to realize near the hotel (besides visit apart from the archaeological sites)
We recommend the following circuit:
Uxmal (arqueological site), Santa Elena (typical Mayan village, with monumental church), Kabak, Sayil, Labna (representative arqueology route Puc), Loltun's caves (the wonderful Mayan underworls), Mani (where there were destroyed the last vestiges of Mayan codices by Franciscans of the conquest), Tikul (handcrafted village where there are elaborated reproductions of Mayan figures and sale of footwear) and if it is possible, Oxquintok (archaeological zone where there is a pyramid with shape of labyrinth).

Is it possible to rent car, names of companies or recommendations to the clients to go to a specific company?
In the Merida Airport you can make contact with companies as Avis, Budget, etc.

The hotel counts with private transportation? This we know these do not apply but if it is possible to give them information of companies who offer these services?
Yes, we count with a private cab service; the prices are flexible and depend of the route.

Approximate price of the revenue of cars?
It really depends of the size of the car; there are small cars for $600 pesos.

Price of the bus from Cancun to Coba and from Chichen Itza to Merida.
Taking a cab from the airport of Merida to the Merida center bus station (Came) it is $140 pesos.

The bus of Merida, costs $42.00 pesos to Uxmal.

From Uxmal to Mérida: 09:20, 12:45, 15:20, 17:50, and 20:20

Distance among Coba's Villas to Chichen itza, and from Chichen itza to Uxmal?
Coba - Chichen Itza: 100 km. (62.14 millas) approximate time: 1:08 hours.
Chichen Itza – Uxmal: 172 km. (106.88 millas) approximate time: 2:02 hours.

About the arqueological zone

Cost of the entry to the archaeological zone?
In Uxmal, the entry to the archaeological zone is of $111 pesos per person, children under 12 are free. This price includes the Light and Sound Show. Guests can leave the car in the parking lot of the Villa; since the arqueological site is about two minutes walking.

Schedule of light and sound show in the archaeological zone where it is realized?
The schedule of the light and sound show in Uxmal's archaeological site is at 7 p.m., with the summer schedule changes at 8 p.m., the time of the show is 45 minutes. If you chose to enjoy only this show the cost is of $40 pesos per person.

Since the story is in Spanish, there are in revenue headphones for $35 pesos for translation in German, French, English and Italian.

How does guide contract for a tour in the archaeological zone?
The Hotel recommends the INAH certified guides according to the established prices of the touristic site. At check-in the guest can ask to the front desk for hiring.
