When do I receive confirmation of my booking?
Our reservations are processed immediately, you will get your booking confirmation in the email you provide in just minutes.

Can you check availability for me?
Availability on this website is accurate, up to date and can be automatically checked prior to processing your reservation.

Can I book when I get there?
Our website is designed to help you booking online. It is recommended you pre book your accommodation to avoid disappointment being that our Hotels Villas Arqueologicas are located in very popular destinations and can be sold out early.

How far in advance can I book?
Hotel availability through our website have an availability and price guide in a calendar format which indicate how far in advance can you book at that time. Normally the availability of our Hotels Villas Arqueologicas is open. If you cannot find availability, please contact us via email:

Hotels cater for groups?
Yes, according to the characteristics of our rooms 
there is a maximum capacity of 3 guests per room. Regarding that simple rule, please select the appropriate number of rooms to accommodate your party in different units according with their preferences and include a note in the comments box to notify the name of your party. We cannot guarantee that all guests in a large group will be accommodated in adjoining and/or connecting rooms.

What are the cancellation rules for my booking, if I need to cancel or do not show up?
Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours before the arrival day to avoid the charge of one night as penalty plus taxes. This information also can be found in the Terms and Conditions.

Can you send me a brochure?
Our website and the details of our hotels are electronic and only displayed on the web. You should find all the information you need about your desired accommodation on our information pages. If there are other details you would like to know that are not specified anywhere on these pages, please contact us via email:

Can you give me directions or maps of any other place?
We are able to assist you with any questions specifically relating to our hotels. We can not answer your general travel questions. We do recommend you contact the local tourist or convention bureau, or an online provider of map information such as MapQuest
or Google Maps.

I don't know what date I'm traveling yet, can I book and leave it open dated?
We manage only dated bookings in order to cater for all our guests.

Is there a contact number at the destination for me to call?
Yes. Once you have a confirmed booking, all the details of your hotel reservation are located on your confirmation under the heading Important Information. We also invite you to see our Location and Contact data.

How do I book online?

I don't have or own a credit card, how do I book?
Our website is an online system and uses a completely secure and automated booking engine, therefore we can only accept bookings made online using an authorized and valid credit card as guarantee. If you require a different approach to book please contact us to:

Is my credit card safe?
Yes. Our website uses the Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer and all other popular browsers. SSL encrypts your personal information. This encryption makes doing business on the Internet more secure than making purchases by telephone.

I'm getting errors / blank pages when I am trying to book, what is the problem?
Errors can occur when pages are "cached". We recommend you "refresh" or "reload" your pages and try again. If you are still experiencing difficulty, please contact us

I get a credit card error whilst trying to book, what do I do?
The booking process is completely automated and all credit card transactions are 100% secure. If your credit card is generating a consistent error, verify that your card has not expired. You may also contact the card issuer to confirm your monthly spending limit has not been exceeded. Otherwise, we recommend you complete the booking using a different credit card.

I have not received a reply to my emails.
Some email internet providers can mark general booking emails as "spam" - please check your spam folder for previous email replies. If you have your spam filter set on the highest ranking, only emails from senders in your address box will go into your inbox. Any other emails (such as replies from internet sites you have booked on) will go into a "spam" folder. These emails can sit in this folder for up to 7 days and then your email system will automatically delete them.

What is the best mean of transportation to reach the Villas Arqueologicas?
By car, if no transportation owned or rented, the best is taking a taxi.

Does the Hotels Villas Arqueologicas have parking?
Yes, exclusively for our customers at no cost.

Is there Internet in the Villas Arqueologicas?
Yes, wireless and coverage area is the lobby, restaurant, terrace and pool area.

There is no cost for our customers and guests.

Can I make phone calls? What is the cost per call?
Domestic Call: $10 Pesos* per minute. International Call: $20 Pesos* per minute. *Prices may change without notice.

What is the price for breakfast, lunch and dinner?
The price may vary depending on your choices. Please visit our sections of Restaurant & Bar

Is it possible to early check-in? is there any extra charge?
You can check-in a couple of hours earlier, but depend entirely on availability in our hotels, so we can not offer any guarantees. It does not have an extra cost. We ask you please indicate this request in your comments at the time of booking.

Are there cribs available?
Yes, there is no extra cost. We just request you to please indicate so in your comments when booking.

Do you offer private transfers from the hotel?

Unfortunately we do not have this service. We invite you to contact some local suppliers of car rental.

How I can arrange a guide for a tour at the archeological zone?

We invite you to come up to the front desk of our hotels regarding the schedules and reserving ahead. We recommend the services offered by certified guides licensed by the National Institute of Anthropology and History (INAH).

The 2 properties known as Hotel Villas Arqueologicas Cholula, Hotel Villas Arqueologicas Chichen Itza are strategically located within an easy walking distance of this major archaeological sites.

The Villas Arqueologicas Hotels are indeed a set of two charming and affordable hacienda style hotels located adjacent to the most significant and culturally astounding archaeological sites in Mexico, one of which, Chichen Itza has been designated as a World Heritage Site by the UNESCO. Chichen Itza was also duly voted one of the 7 New Wonders of the World in 2007.

The 2 hotels were constructed in 1977, remodeled in 2000 and totally refurbished in 2007. Both are of similar construction, having virtually identical guestroom sizes, public areas and facilities. Each hotel has between 42 and 44 guestrooms built around a central courtyard with lush gardens, a swimming pool and a terrace restaurant offering regional gastronomy.
